Atlas Compass

Terms

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms cover buying and using Atlas Compass, a program made by Nicolas Lozano, Argentina ("we"). Contact: atlascompass.support@gmail.com.

Who sells it

Outside Argentina, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders there, and handles customer service inquiries about payment and returns. In Argentina, payments are processed by Mercado Pago and the seller is us.

What you buy

A perpetual license for Atlas Compass: one payment, no subscription. You may install it on your own devices (computers and phones) and use it yourself and with the people in your household, each with their own account. Fixes for version 1 are included; new features are not promised.

What you may not do

Resell, rent or share your license key publicly; publish the program or its installers; or alter the program to get around the license check. A key shared publicly may be disabled.

Your data

Atlas Compass keeps your data on your own devices, encrypted with your password. We never receive it and cannot recover it: if you lose your password and your recovery code, nobody can open your data. Keeping backups is up to you; the app helps with automatic copies.

Other services

Some optional features use public services (exchange rates, maps, weather, catalogs such as TMDb or RAWG with your own keys). Those services have their own terms, and their availability is not up to us.

Refunds

See our refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Warranty and liability

Atlas Compass is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable and to fix what's reported, but we can't guarantee it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published here with its date. The license you bought stays valid.
